The East Haddam Community Foundation Inc (EHCF) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, established and incorporated in 2021, formed to support, enhance, and enrich the lives of all citizens of East Haddam. It is the goal of EHCF to help turn great ideas into actionable plans to benefit our community.

 

Over the years, local residents and businesses joined together to offer the community multiple holiday and celebration initiatives, including the 12 Doors of Christmas, the Village Stroll, the decoration of village Welcome Signs, wreathes in Moodus, and the tree lighting on the Moodus Green in December 2021.  The East Haddam Community Foundation plans to raise funds to continue these types of community celebrations in addition to future cultural and other supporting initiatives designed to make a positive and uplifting impact on our community.

 

The EHCF currently plans to hold two major fundraising events annually, with possible expansion in the future.  The EHCF would like to invite all to participate in our mission to help support, enhance, and enrich  our community!
